弊社より秘密保持誓約書（あなたの薬局の情報を漏らしませんよという内容です。）を差し入れさせていただいており、
また薬局の譲渡はデリケートなお話のため、
薬局名など詳細をお知らせできないのが残念なのですが・・・。
今回も社長様は薬剤師の方ではなく、薬局を譲渡して肉体的にも精神的にも楽になりたいとのことでした。
では、譲渡するような薬局を他の人が経営するとやっていけるのか？？非常によく受ける質問なのですが、答えは「Ｙｅｓ」です。
中には誰が経営してもこれは無理という薬局もありますが、弊社ではそのような薬局様には初めの段階でお断りをさせていただいております。
経営者の方の健康不良や高齢が理由で薬局を譲渡したい場合、次の方は問題なく経営できます。
また、経営者が薬剤師ではなく人件費が高い場合は、独立希望の薬剤師の方が経営すれば、十分利益がでます。
今後ますます、調剤薬局の選択と集中が行われるようです。
