「体も悪いし薬局を譲渡してゆっくりしたい。」と弊社に依頼されていた方から突然の電話でした。その晩、急いでその方の担当弁護士のところに行き、薬局の今後について話し合いました。
一番の問題は、問屋への支払いが滞っているため明朝に薬が返品されてしまうことでした。また、今後納品もされないことでした。
幸い、すでに弊社でその薬局を購入したい企業様を見つけていたので、その企業様に急いで連絡し薬の手配をしてもらうことになりました。これで何とか明日からもその薬局は営業を続けることができます。あとは、２月１日に営業譲渡を行えばその薬局の譲渡代金は少しでも債権者に分配できるかもしれません。
自己破産をされるということは、少なくとも数ヶ月前からその薬局の経営体質は悪化していたのかと思われます。今回の破産は、買掛債務の増大（問屋、派遣会社などへの支払いの滞り）で毎月毎月をしのいだ結果でした。
会社が少しでも風邪をひいていたら、重病になる前に一度弊社にご連絡をいただければと思います。薬局が元気になるための提案をさせていただきます。
