明けましておめでとうございます。本年もよろしくお願い申し上げます。さて、今年は調剤薬局にとってどのような１年になるのでしょうか。
頂く年賀状やお問い合わせの内容は、例年に比べ少し悲観的な内容が増えているように感じます。確かに年々厳しくなっている薬局業界ですが、先が見えないことも、不安を助長しているようです。
例えば、今度の調剤報酬改定も蓋を開けてみないとどうなるかわかりません。「そう大きくは変わらないだろう」との意見が多数ですが、今までと違い、少しの改定が経営に大きく影響することを経営者の方は心配されています。
また、少し前までは民族大移動のようにぐるぐると転職を繰り返していた薬剤師が定住を始め、企業間で薬剤師の偏りが見られます。薬剤師の採用も６年制が出てきたらどうなるのか、誰に聞いてもはっきりした答えは出てきません。
さらに分業率は頭打ちになり、出店余地は限られてきています。国内に新たなニーズを創り出すか、手を組んで効率を追求するか、はたまた新天地を求め海外に飛び出すか。
保険制度の上に成り立っている薬局は、他の業種に比べ、経営手腕もさることながら行政の影響が大きく、不確定要素が多い業種です。そのため、安定している反面、予測は困難であり、開局すればドル箱の時代が終焉した今、「確かな経営戦略」が意味を成してきているようです。
最後に、今年一年を一言で占うと「視界不良」でしょうか。さて、今年は調剤薬局にとってどのような１年になるのでしょうか。皆様におかれましては、素晴らしい一年になりますようお祈り申し上げます。

Being aware that building muscles takes months or even years will help a lot as this will eliminate any false presumptions and ridiculous goals.
