これからの調剤薬局の有り方に思うことを少々述べましょう。
患者さんから見ると、調剤薬局は医療機関と並んで大きな役割を担っていますが、患者さんは何某かの病が理由で心も幾分痛んでいるのが一般的です。
この為調剤薬局での応対時の言葉や態度には敏感で、どちらかと言うと悪い方に増幅して受けとめるのも現実です。
調剤での遣り取りを聞いてると、薬剤や留意点の説明に終始して済ませているのを見かけます。
是は調剤薬局としてのすべき最低限の事であり、微妙な患者の心理状態を視野に入れて対応すると言う点が欠落している様に思う事がある。
何も迎合したり媚び諂うことを言ってるんじゃありません。
病む人の心理状態を受け止めるだけの人としての大きさや慈悲心を持ち合わせる事の重要性を言ってるのです。
総じて人間力と言えば良いのかも知れません。
処方箋があればどの薬局でも科学的には同じ薬が出て来るのですから、是から先の調剤薬局の優劣や競争は、人（患者）さんに接する心の持ち方（人間力と言う＋アルファーの部分）が物を言う時代じゃないか、こんな所が評価されてくる時代に入るんじゃないかと思うのです。
