マスコミなどで取り上げるのは、救急医療が中心で激務の現場ばかりです。激務なのが、ほとんどではないと考えます。
勤務医師と勤務薬剤師の収入格差は大変多く、2倍から3倍です。薬剤師の賃金は大手企業の大卒賃金として考えれば一生平社員で働くことと変わりありません。
医師がこれだけやってんだから薬剤師や看護士もやらなきゃいけないと言うのは本末転倒で、医師がこれだけやらないと病院経営や運営が成り立たないことに対し論じる方が良いと思いますがいかがでしょうか？
