仮に「自信がない」「不安だ」と思っているとすれば、おそらく医療人としての薬剤師ではなく、モノとして医薬品を扱い、調剤を作業として取り組んできた人かも知れません。そうであれば修業年限とは別次元であり、薬剤師職能に対する考え方の問題になります。
