調剤薬局の近くに、また調剤薬局といった状況があり、どこにいったらいいのか迷ってしまいました。
私の選ぶ調剤薬局の基準は、薬剤師の方が、親切な説明をしてくれる場所を選ぶようにしています。
調剤薬局の中には、事務的な所もあり、薬の質問をしようとしたのですが、気難しい感じの方だったので、質問出来ませんでした。
利用者にとって、薬を飲む事は不安なものです。飲むことにより、副作用や、今の症状よりも、もっと悪くなってしまうのでは？などといった不安に陥る事もあります。
そんな時には、薬剤師さんが安心出来るアドバイスを行ってもらえると、利用者も安心して、薬を飲むことが出来ます。
また、料金形態なども説明してくれる調剤薬局も中にはあるようです。薬が変わっていないのに、Ａ店では１０００円だったのに、Ｂ店では８００円だった。なんて話をよく聞きますが、調剤薬局によっては、規模や集中率によって、料金が変わってきます。
また薬剤師による薬の説明や、薬の説明してある紙等も、プラス料金として加算されます。
普段飲み慣れている薬なら、こういった料金は、利用者が断れば、少し安く済ませる事が出来ます。しかし、断ると気まずくなる方も多いようで、行きづらくなってしまう事もあるようです。
こういった場面でも、快く対応してくれる調剤薬局には、料金が高くても通いたくなります。(白）
