選ぶ基準も色々ありますが、風邪薬を選ぶ時に、色々な症状が記載されている欄で、一番先頭に記載されている症状が、その薬の一番効く効果とされています。
そういった事を知らないお客様の為にも、一応薬剤師が声をかけるサービスを行っています。
ただ、中には声をかけられたりする事が苦手な人もいるので、見極めが肝心です。
最近よく言われている話では、調剤薬局へ薬を貰いに行く時に、すごく丁寧なのですが、薬剤師の方に、その場で問診などされて、恥ずかしい症状を、みんなの前で説明され、「恥ずかしい思いをした」といった話も少なくありません。
薬剤師の方もサービスで色々と、アドバイスしているようですが、時には、状況や、相手の反応をみて、サービスの仕方を変える必要があるようです。（白）
