名刺交換のポイント
・名刺入れは取り出しやすい場所に準備する。
・人数分の名刺を、名刺入れのカバーの下に準備。
・訪問者から差し出す。上司から先に名刺交換を行う。
・相手の眼を見て（ここが大事！）「○○会社の××と申します。」と名乗りながら両手で渡し、相手の名刺は「頂戴いたします。」と両手で受け取る。「○○様ですね。」と復唱確認。
・名刺交換が終わるまでは、いただいた名刺は胸の高さでキープ。
・受け取った名刺は、テーブルの邪魔にならない位置に置く。
名刺はその人の顔です。社名や氏名に手がかからないように大切に扱いましょう。

「あいにく切らしております。」と言って。戻ってから詫び状を添えて郵送する。
